Based on the true story of Helen Keller and her teacher Annie Sullivan, this inspiring story of love, hope and courage will move you to believe anything is possible. Young Helen Keller is locked in a world of darkness and silence. Blind and deaf from a young age, she is incapable of expressing herself. Lonely and frustrated, Helen acts out violently towards those who love her most. Desperate for help, her parents accept a young tutor by the name of Annie Sullivan into their home. Through persistence, love and sheer stubbornness, Annie breaks through Helen’s walls and teaches her to communicate.
