Working with the Yolo CountySuperintendent of Schools office, W.O.H. showcases professional and Young Peoples Theatre artists during the school year that local schools bring their students, grades K-12, to see for a very small fee per attendee. Outreach show attendance is reserved through your child’s teacher or resource person in advance with the W.O.H Box Office by 2013-2014 Outreach Information

 Performances at 9:30 and 1:00 - Cost $3 per person. Grades K-6

Attention Teachers, students, and heroes of all ages!  Fun and learning are coming your way with Kenn Adam's Adventure Theater! Episode I: Adventure in Space!  Be a part of this zany, interactive theatrical adventure where audience members make all of the sound effects, help to create the story, and leap up on stage to play the main characters. You'll blast off in a flying saucer, do battle with a horrible space-monster, meet the strange, three-headed space-wizard, defeat the villain, and save the world!  And, you might even learn a bit about child empowerment and "finding the hero in all of us." Kenn Adams' Adventure Theater! meets California State Board of Education Content Standards in reading, writing, English-language arts, and theater. Based on the E.B. White classic children's book it's the story of a pig named Wilbur and his friendship with a barn spider named Charlotte. When Wilbur is in danger of being slaughtered by the farmer, Charlotte writes messages praising Wilbur (such as "Some Pig") in her web in order to persuade the farmer to let him live.

Mowgli is a boy who has been raised by wolves in the Indian jungle. When the wolves hear that the fierce tiger, Shere Kahn, is nearby, they decide to send Mowgli to a local "man tribe". On his way to the village, Mowgli meets many animal characters in this musical tale. This Disney adaptation of the Rudyard Kipling classic includes the popular songs “The Bare Necessities” and “I Wan’na Be Like You”.

4. Payment in full for reservations is due 6 weeks prior to performance. Payment can be mad in person, by phone with

  credit card, or by mail to: W.O.H. P.O. Box 1425 Woodland, CA 95776 Reservations not paid for by the deadline will

  be released to waiting classes.

5. No refunds will be issued.

6. Seating policy is: younger students to the front. Please indicate special seating needs or disabilities in your order.

7. Shows begin at scheduled times. Running time is approximately 60-80 minutes.

8. Late comers will be seated at appropriate breaks. Please call us at 666-9617 if your class will be coming late.
