2025-2026 Board of Trustees Meetings

We welcome the public to join us at our regularly scheduled meetings. We strive to give voice to our community and operate with transparency and a spirit of collaboration. While the Woodland Opera House is not a legislative body mandated by the Brown Act, we choose to conduct business openly — allowing open meetings, public notification, and opportunities for public participation.

As such, the Board of Trustees voted during the 8/13/2025 Board Meeting to adopt the following meeting procedures:  

• Monthly regularly scheduled Board Meetings will be listed on our website below, including any updates to those meeting dates as needed.
• Agendas for regularly scheduled Board Meetings will be listed on our website approximately 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, to the extent that is possible.  
• Finalized minutes for regularly scheduled Board Meetings will be available on our website once approved by the Board of Trustees.
• Each regularly scheduled Board Meeting will have a public comment section allowing each guest to speak for 2 minutes, unless otherwise determined necessary by the President or Vice President conducting the meeting.

All meetings are held in the Third Floor Meeting Room at the Woodland Opera House located at 340 Second Street, Woodland, CA 95695. Meetings are held at 6:30pm unless stated otherwise.
