Our Junior Showcases, featuring our youngest dancers, is May 24th, with two separate casts:
Cast A - 11:00 am
Cast B - 2:00 pm

Please be advised, these are overflow seats that are usually not open to audiences due to a very limited view of the performance area.  We've opened these seats to accommodate extreme demand, and we are offering them at a steep discount. After purchasing your ticket, please print your receipt or keep a copy of the receipt on your device.  When you arrive to the event, you'll show your receipt to a member of our staff to pick up your physical ticket. 

World War II was threatening democracy around the world.  The troops on the battlefront and their loved ones on the homefront needed some kind of assurance and support to ease their fears. Composers and lyricists wrote songs that were heard on radios, along with FDR’s Fireside Chats, to inspire and unite a worried nation. These songs boosted morale at home and abroad and have stood the test of time.

Commemorating the 80th anniversary of the end of WWII and the service of all veterans, Woodland Opera House presents “Sentimental Journey: Songs That Won The War”. Written and directed by Gil and Lenore Sebastian, this musical revue fund-raiser features an all-star cast: Bob Cooner, Jori Gonzales-Solorio, Robert Vann, Jadi Galloway, Lenore Sebastian, Joe Alkire, and Gil Sebastian, with Dean Mora at the piano.

​The musical Something Rotten! is a comedic musical that tells the story of the Bottom brothers, Nick and Nigel, who are playwrights living in Elizabethan England. The plot is set in 1595, when the Bottom brothers are struggling to compete with the wild success of their contemporary, William Shakespeare. Desperate to write a hit play, Nick consults a soothsayer who foretells that the future of theater will be "a musical." This leads the brothers on a hilarious journey as they attempt to create the world's first musical.
